1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Find an Account
  3. Search for and click on the account name
  4. Click Journal
  5. Click on the date of the journal entry to open it
  6. Click Delete
    • If the journal entry is a transaction item (Gift/Pledge, Payment, Split Transaction, Recurring Gift and Schedule, Soft Credit, and Disbursement), the Delete button will be at the bottom of the entry
    • If the journal entry is a non-transaction items (Note, Contact, Participation, and Calendar Item), the Delete button will be on the left-side of the entry
  7. Click 'OK' in the pop-up message to delete the entry
