If the Upload Medical Task screen is showing blank, it is likely because the Import task is disabled for the Nurse role. To activate the Import Task for the Head Nurse:
 
  1. As a Platform Manager, navigate to Core > User/Access > Profile > Manage Roles
  2. Click Nurse
  3. Select Tasks
  4. Click Edit
  5. Mark the Import checkbox in the App column
  6. Click Save & Exit
  7. If currently logged in, have the nurse log out and back in for the role update to take effect
