Error: Batch XXXX was not set up correctly and could not be loaded - when working with a Batch

A user who is working with a Gift batch may encounter this error when attempting to delete a batch. 
The user will need rights to not only add, edit, view, and delete a batch but they will also need to have rights to add, edit, view, and delete gifts. For more on how to update the security settings, please reference How to set up security

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Batch in the Raiser's Edge
2. Open an existing batch or create a new gift batch
3. Attempt to delete the batch by selecting File > Delete 
4. Error appears
