A donor wants to consolidate all of his eReceipts into one PDF. That would involve making the PDFs editable in Adobe Acrobat. EReceipts contain sensitive personal information and are intended to be viewed by the donor (or user with Supervisor rights). They are not intended to be edited as these PDFs are encrypted intentionally to protect sensitive donor information. All of the receipt information in the PDF can be exported directly from Blackbaud CRM and sent to the donor in PDF (or other form). Donors can also access all of their individual eReceipts from a page that contains a Transaction Manager Part. Since each PDF is encrypted they each have their own credentials. Unfortunately this isn’t something that we keep or have access to. The options are to create a consolidated receipt for this donor in Blackbaud CRM or get the donor to access the eReceipts from a BBIS page that contains a Transaction Manager Part.
