You may see your email statistics not update for a few reasons. These include:
  • The email statistics update automatically every 4 hours. If it has been less than 4 hours since the last automatic refresh, you will need to click the "Update the statistics for this delivery" button (which is located to in the left column on the delivery review page). You can see the last time the statistics were refreshed by going to the delivery review page, it is the last row in the Delivery Summary.
  • The "Update the statistics for this delivery" button will only update statistics once every 10 minutes.
  • There is a window in which automatic updates occur. The default setting is 7 days, and after that point you will need to click the "Update the statistics for this delivery" button to see updated statistics.
