To build this list, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click Add > Create Advanced List
  4. In Select Objects, add the following:
    1. Constituent Information > User Base
    2. Constituent Information > Parent/Child Relationship
    3. Constituent Information > User Base (attach to Parent/Child Relationship, it will display as User Base [1])
    4. Constituent Information > User Register (attach to User Base)
  5. Enter any needed fields to display on the Display Fields tab

  6. Select the Filters tab and enter the following Global Filters:

    • User Register.School Year any of the previous year

    • User Register.Depart Date is not null

  7. Name and save the list
