After a donation that has been entered on behalf of a company in a NetCommunity donation form and processed into the The Raiser's Edge, the address information does not show up on the Company record or under the Company Contact accessed from the Company record.
When a donation is processed on behalf of a company, it creates two records: An Individual Record and a Organization record.
The donors information is used to create a constituent that is an Individual record that displays the address.
It also creates a company record with a relationship to the Individual constituent record [it has the same ID] that does not show the address.
The information on Individual records is treated as personal information.
The company record is an Organization record so it will not use the personal address information of the donor.
The company contact relationship, accessed from the company record, will also not show the personal address because this is a business contact that should display a business address.
The NetCommunity donation form does not have fields to include a business address so the information must be manually entered for the business and the business contact in The Raiser's Edge.
