This is because the Task for Desktop Notifications is not enabled. To correct this, navigate to:
  1. Core > Users/Access > Profile > Manage Roles
  2. Search for and select the Conduct Manager role
  3. Click on the Tasks link then click Edit and mark the checkbox labeled, "Notifications." under the Desktop Column
  4. Click Save & Close
  5. Log out and log back in and then repeat the steps on the Infractions page to edit email notifications

  1. onMessage > Communication > Notification > Notifications
  2. Change the dropdown to Conduct
  3. Click View
  4. ​Click Edit and Edit the Infraction Notification
