1. Navigate to Control>Administration>Organization Setup>Manage Users
  2. Select Manage Functional Access
  3. Click New Group
  4. Enter a Privilege Group Name
  5. Click Submit
  6. Expand the appropriate folder(s)
  7. In the right pane, select the appropriate access right and setting
    • Mark Automatically apply these settings to child functions if this applies to the child folders/functions
  8. Click Save
  9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 in other necessary folders.
