- Navigate to Control>Administration>Organization Setup>Manage Users
- Select Manage Functional Access
- Click New Group
- Enter a Privilege Group Name
- Click Submit
- Expand the appropriate folder(s)
- In the right pane, select the appropriate access right and setting
- Mark Automatically apply these settings to child functions if this applies to the child folders/functions
- Click Save
- Repeat steps 6 to 8 in other necessary folders.
