1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Find an Account
  3. Type the constituent name
  4. Click find
  5. Click on Journal
  6. Click on the transaction in question
  7. Scroll to the bottom
  8. Click Create Document
  9. Select PDF or Word
  10. Enter a name for the document
  11. Select receipt template that has Generate Receipt Number as a field
  12. Next
  13. Mark the radio button for Void
  14. Next, Run
