1. Click Management
  2. Click Mass Update
  3. Click Update Existing Accounts
  4. Select NCOA Codes from the Category drop down menu
  5. Select Invalid Address from the Query drop down menu
  6. Select Assign below the Update Type heading
  7. Select Mailing Status below the Account Values heading
  8. Mark the Do Not Mail checkbox (please note that the verbiage on this field might be different in your database)
  9. Click Next
  10. Preview the results
  11. Click Next to run the update
If you do locate a valid address or make changes to correct it, we advise that you remove the Invalid Address NCOA code from the persona and change the Mailing Status if needed.
