Client Addresses changing on their own

When opening an AR client record the type and description of an address appear to have changed to the primary address
Make sure the record has not been altered by
  1. Selecting Accounts Receivable > Records > Clients
  2. Open the desired client record
  3. Select File > properties and note the Last changed on date
   
Note: If the last changed on date is recent it is highly likely it was changed by someone


If the last change on date is not recent and you notice this is occurring for multiple  client records: Contact support and reference this article 
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open the client record for Camryn Thibault

2. Click on the Addresses tab and note it reflects normally

3. Select File > properties and note the last changed on date is xx/xx/xxxx

Wait approximately 4 days

1. Follow the previous steps 1 and 2 and note it now reflects differently

2.  Select File > properties and note the last changed on date is still xx/xx/xxxx
