Error: Oops! We are having problems connecting to the "on" products because the Connect RE application is not installed - when accessing the Connect Raiser's Edge plug-in the first time

When accessing the Connect RE plug-in from the Raiser's Edge for the first time users may receive an error message indicating the Connect RE application is not installed. 

1. Log into Core

2. Go to Settings > Integration > Connect RE

3. Click Edit

3. Mark the box to Enable Integration

4. Save

Note: You will need to be logged in with a Manager Role in order to see the Connect RE option.
