Scenario 1- the User is not part of the Admin security group
We can have many different security groups in eTapestry. If the user is not added to the Admin security group, he/she will not have full rights to the database. For the steps on how to move a user to a different security group, please see How to move a User into a different Security Group​.

Scenario 2- the User was recently added as an Admin and has not logged out since his/her rights were updated
In order for the User's security rights to change, he/she must log out of the database and then log back in. It is also helpful to clear the cache on the browser; the steps to clear the cache are available at How do I clear my browser's cache? I'm having trouble using eTapestry.
