Not all Luminate Online modules can accept the same payment methods.  Here is a current list that can vary by your merchant account setup:
  • Donation Campaigns/Forms: Credit Card, Cash (offline), Check (offline), ACH, PayPal.
  • eCommerce: Credit Card, Invoice (Bill Me Later).
  • TeamRaiser Registrations: Credit Card, Cash (offline), Check (offline)
  • TeamRaiser Donations: Credit Card, Cash (offline), Check (offline), ACH, PayPal
  • Personal Fundraising: Credit Card, ACH, PayPal (for donations only).
  • Calendar Events: Credit Card, Cash (offline), Check (offline).
If you would like to add the ability to accept a payment type that is not currently accepted on your site then please reach out to your Client Success Manager to assist with implementation.
