This error indicates the record syncing to LCRM contains an invalid Salesforce ID for either the record that is attempting to sync or a record related to the one attempting to sync. You can identify the record based on where the error shows in your QPM:
  • Under Contacts - Check the member ID field on the Luminate Online record
  • Under Fundraising - Check the member ID field on the Luminate Online contact(s) that are related to the donation. If it's a Teamraiser gift, you may need to check the member ID field for both the donor and the participant.
If you see that the member ID field on one of these records has a non-Salesforce ID, you will need to resolve this:
  1. Clear the invalid value out of the member ID field
  2. Save the record
  3. Let the record change sync
  4. Rebuild the QPM error
