An organization might have contacts with addresses that need to be imported into Sphere or contacts that need to have their addresses updated. In either scenario, there are addresses that need to brought into the Sphere database and your organization might want to import states as part of the mailing address. The CSV file being used for the import currently lists out the full name of the state and it's noticed that when the file is imported that the State field is blank where we would expect for the full name of the state (i.e. South Caroline, California, etc) to be listed.
The State field must be formatted using its abbreviation instead of the full state name. For examples; California as CA, Florida as FL, Hawaii as HI, etc. After adjusting the format of your CSV, your organization can proceed to import the file.
