When contacting Support via How do I contact Blackbaud K-12 Support?, please provide the following information:

•    Copy and Pate the exact error message displayed on the screen. You can include a screen shot as well, however, please do not substitute a copy and paste of the Error message for a screen shot
•    The day/time the error started to appear
•    The user’s name that is receiving the error
Note: Include only the first name, last name and username of the account. Do not include the password. The password should only be given verbally over the phone.
