How to add a new section to a DIY form

When adding more fields or text to a DIY form, we can add a new section to separate it from the other information on the form. For example, if we have a group of User Defined Fields that we want to add to the form, we can create a section specifically for these fields, which will contain header text to differentiate this section from others on the form.
  1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click Edit next to the form you would like to edit
  4. Click Add Item
  5. Click Add Section
  6. Click Save

The new section will appear at the top of the form, but can be moved by following the steps available at Move a field, text box, or image to a new location on a DIY Form.
