User is unable to link events from BBCRM to an Event Registration Form in BBIS.

When running as a non-admin user in CRM, the user has the able to view, edit, and delete events. When running as that same user is BBIS, the user is unable to link any event from CRM to an event registration form. 
Complete the following steps in order: 
  1. In CRM > Web > Manage web transactions, click the "Update ID Mapping" value
  2. In BBIS > Administration > Sites & Settings > Code Tables, click "Refresh Code Tables" (note: this will ensure the changes from step 1 are pulled up.  after 20 minutes, this value should update itself if you do not have access to refresh the tables in the BBIS UI)
  3. Check in Administration > Sites & Settings for the value "Enable CRM security for linked CMS users"
    1. If this option is checked, confirm that the BBIS account used is linked to an application user with the correct Site in CRM
    2. Confirm that the Site for the application user in step 3.1 is assigned to the event
    3. Un-checking this box retestgin can help determine if there is an issue with Site Security

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Application users 
2. Run as the Application user and ensure they are not a system administrator 
3. From the Events tab, select search events
4. Search for an Event from CRM 
5. Notice that the user as the ability to view,edit, or delete the event. 

6. Select the Web tab
7. Click Site Administration 
8. From BBIS, select Site Explorer
9. Click Pages and Templates 
10. Filter your search on Event Registration Form
11. Edit the Event Reg Form
12. Under the Design tab, scroll to Events from Blackbaud CRM
13. Add a new Event 
14. Click Search
15. Notice that NO events populate in the search results
