Revenue amount field in membership card output incorrect

After exporting the membership card output from the membership card process to Excel you may notice that the revenue amount field on that Excel document is incorrect. The revenue amounts may be higher than the actual amount of the membership transaction
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click memberships > print membership cards > click on the name of the membership card process
  2. Click start process
  3. After the process is completed click download output 
  4. Review the output of the Export file to see if the revenue amount field is correct
