If a user receives this error, it may be because a symbol appears in their first or last name prohibiting the single sign on process from passing over the login information. To fix this, the symbol should be removed from the name under the www.blackbaud.com account.  

Follow these steps:
  1.       Go to https://www.blackbaud.com/profile/myaccount.aspx.
  2.       Choose ‘Edit Personal Info’.
  3.       Remove symbols from first or last name.
  4.       Click Save.
  5.       Sign out and sign back into www.blackbaud.com.
  6.       Go to https://community.blackbaud.com/home.
