We recently changed our merchant services provider to BBMS. Since then, any transactions that have happened through BBMS are not coming through in our nightly Data Sync. What could be the issue here?
A change of merchant service provider to BBMS should not have any overall negative impact to your custom data sync. You may however experience delay in gifts syncing down to your offline system when your custom data sync logic checks for settlement status of gifts. This could be because BBMS gifts settlement information is made available on a schedule that is different from your previous merchant service provider.
