Recently, some users have encountered issues where grantee portal accounts are rendered inaccessible, due to the fact that the option is continuously toggled between on and off.

- If you have the option turned Off and you later decide to turn the option On, grantee portal users that created their account already will be prompted to create new Security Questions.
- If the option is On, then turned off and a grantee portal user forgets their password, the next time they request their password they will find that their account is unreachable and you must contact Technical Support to resolve.

What we would encourage our users to do, then, is to decide as soon as possible whether or not they want to enable Security Questions for the grantee portal or leave the choice disabled. Once the choice is made, users should not toggle between checking the option and unchecking the option as this will negatively impact grantee portal accounts.
