1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click the category where you store the template
  4. Click the template name
  5. Click the text box that you'd like to update
  6. Highlight the text that you'd like to update
  7. Select your preferred font from the Font Family drop down menu
  8. Select your preferred font size from the Formats drop down menu
  9. Click Update
  10. Click Save and Finish
