Volunteer screening plans will not apply retroactively. Users should add the screening plan to the volunteer type first and then add the volunteer type to the constituent record, using the steps below:
  1. From Volunteers, click Screening Plans, and set up the screening plan
  2. Then, from Volunteers, click Volunteer Types, and either Add a new volunteer type or Edit an existing volunteer type to Add the screening plan 
  3. Navigate to the constituent record who is already has the Volunteer constituency
  4. Click on the Volunteer tab, and look for Volunteer types under the General subtab
  5. Click Assign, and assign the Volunteer type (with screening plan already attached) to the constituent
If the constituent was assigned the Volunteer type before the screening plan was attached, we will need to Delete the Volunteer type from the constituent record and re-add it with the plan attached.
