1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click Edit next to the form you wish to add text to
  4. Click Add Item
  5. Click Add Text
  6. Remove the default text in the Edit Contents window;
  7. Replace that default text with the custom text you wish to include on your form
  8. Click Update
    1. Note:  By default, that newly added text box will display at the top of the form. If you'd like to move the text box please see Move a section, field, text box, or image to a new location on a DIY Form.
  9. Click Go Live
