- Click Management
- Click DIY Forms
- Click Edit next to the form you wish to add text to
- Click Add Item
- Click Add Text
- Remove the default text in the Edit Contents window;
- Replace that default text with the custom text you wish to include on your form
- Click Update
- Note: By default, that newly added text box will display at the top of the form. If you'd like to move the text box please see Move a section, field, text box, or image to a new location on a DIY Form.
- Click Go Live
