This error can happen for a couple different reasons:
  • Email Comments Field: When using a Constituent list from Raiser's Edge contains the query field Email Comments. To allow the list to load successfully, remove this field from your query in The Raiser's Edge. This field is Raiser's Edge within a query is located under Phones > Specific Phones > Email > Email Comments. 
  • Query is too complex in Raiser's Edge: in The Raiser's Edge, the query should complete within just a few moments, under 1 minute, but closer to a few seconds. If the query is too complex, NetCommunity won't be able to pull it in successfully.
