If you clear the results of the revenue acknowledgement process you may expect this to remove the revenue letter from the revenue record.
This is correct functionality. Clearing the results will remove the acknowledgment from the record but will not remove the letter itself. In order to remove a letter from the record you have to delete the letter from the record manually.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to Acknowledgments 2. In first tab find the revenue acknowledgement process in question and clear the results 3. Navigate to a revenue record affected by this process and notice the letter is still on the record
