Why is City blank for Australian addresses in a report?

When looking at a report, the City column will be blank for Australian addresses.
Australian addresses do not have a City field, they have Suburb instead. The Suburb will not show in the City column, but there are two options to show this information on a report.

Option 1 - Add the Suburb column separately:
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click on the category your report is in
  3. Click on the name of your report
  4. Under Browse Fields, select Multi-Country Address Fields in the dropdown menu and click Suburb
  5. Click Save and Run to run your report

Option 2 - Use the Full Address field to show the entire address in one field:
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click on the category your report is in
  3. Click on the name of your report
  4. Under Browse Fields, select Account Fields in the dropdown menu and click Full Address without Country (Multi Line)
  5. Click Save and Run to run your report
