I am trying to copy a sample checklist, but the system is not allowing a copy to be made.
Duplicate statuses for the checklist in the settings can cause this error. Deleting the duplicate statuses allows you to copy the sample checklist.
To fix this, navigate to:
1. Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions Setup > Checklists > Statuses 2. Mark the checkbox in the Delete column for the duplicate status that is not locked down (padlock icon) 3. Click Save to delete the duplicate Statuses
