When validating a BBIS revenue batch which includes a valid finder numbers from a direct marketing effort the error “The Constituent does not match to this finder number” is generated.
Were currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create or use a marketing effort with an email channel. 2. Include an email package with a link to a BBIS donation page. 3. Activate and start the email job. 4. From the email message click the link to the BBIS donation page. 5. Fill out the donation form with exact information from the constituent in CRM. 6. Verify that the BBIS donation batch includes finder number. 7. Navigate to web transactions and download the BBIS transactions to batch. 8. Validate and note error “The Constituent does not match to this finder number in a BBIS batch”
**Manually typing the finder number in another row of the same batch returns the correct information
