When searching for constituents in the Raiser's Edge on a specific workstation, all users may see the following error:
The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time - when searching for constituents.
Confirm that the Patch level on the server matches the server:
Edit the BBUpdate and drop the PatchDelta= from 1 to 0
Right-click on the Raiser's Edge icon and select 'run as administrator'
The workstation prompts for User Account Control (UAC) elevation, then prompts to install the patch. The patch will now match the server, which allows the users to now search for constituents without errors.
