Joint name format not respected when primary household member isn't in a segment

When using a joint name format in a marketing effort, you might notice that the export doesn't respect the name format on the constituent record if the primary constituent household member is specified as the first constituent when building the joint name format and that individual isn't in the marketing effort segment.
This is because the joint name format is being informed by the default household name format in "Household Settings" in the Constituents functional area.
