To remove from a students profile, it will need to be manually edited and set the status to Delete so the infraction won't be recorded.

To change the status follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to Academics > People Finder > Search for user
  2. Select the Conduct Tab. 
  3. Click the edit Pencil Icon for the infraction that needs to be removed.
  4. Select Delete from the Status drop down.
Note: The rules only work for applying the initial infraction, this won't auto-remove them.
