Blackbaud File Format import comes up blank

When doing a time batch import using Blackbaud File Format, the system says it's successful but the time sheet created is blank.
Ensure the projects assigned to the employees are active.
  1. Within Payroll, go to Records > Employees
  2. Open the employee record
  3. Go to the Distribution tab
  4. Note the project listed
  5. Navigate to the General Ledger module
  6. Go to Records > Projects
  7. Open the project from step 4
  8. Verify that the status is Active
If the project is inactive, either change the status to Active to change the project listed on the employee record.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new Blackbaud File Format time batch import
2. While in the Time and Attendance Batches, choose Blackbaud File Format at the top
3. Enter in the settings, then choose OK
4. Import successful pops up and time sheet is created, however no information is in the time batch
