Cart item does not appear in Live Cart when using Chinese characters

When we create a Cart item using Chinese characters, the item does not appear on the live Cart page.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Management
  2. Click eStore (Cart) 
  3. Click New Item
  4. Enter a Name, Short Description, and Long Description with Chinese characters
  5. In the Item Deductibility field, mark Fully Non-Deductible
  6. Click Next
  7. Click Next
  8. Click Next
  9. Click Next to Save
