Email performance statistics do not load

Online Express introduced the functionality for users to track email performance statistics for their sent emails from Online Express.  In order to access these statistics, users must click on the hyperlink for their desired email under Recently sent messages on the Email marketing tab of the Online Express plugin.  This then generates a window that loads the performance statistics for the selected email.  When attempting to view the email performance statistics for their sent email(s), users may notice that the window that shows the email performance statistics appears, but hangs with only a loading bar populated in the window; the statistics never populate:

Some users may also receive an error that says Something went wrong. This error has been logged. Error [####]:

Along with the aforementioned behavior, users may notice latency within the Email marketing section of their Online Express plugin.
This was resolved in the 10/11/16 update for Online Express.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
  2. Click on the Online Express plugin
  3. Click on the Email marketing tab
  4. Notice any of the following behavior:
    • Extreme latency when working within the Email marketing section
    • A window with a loading bar appears and the statistics never populate when viewing Email performance statistics
    • Something went wrong. This error has been logged. Error [####] when viewing Email performance statistics
