In order to correct this, navigate to:
  1. Enrollment Management > Admissions Setup > Checklists > and click edit to the right of the Checklist the User has already been assigned
  2. Click Edit (yellow pencil icon) to the far right of the First Milestone (Item in Blue Font)
  3. If you see Status No Change, change this to either Entering Milestone or Exiting Milestone with the Status Type (such as Inquiry) in the dropdown
  4. Click Save
