An individual has made a purchase through a Blackbaud Sphere eCommerce store, and they would like to have it reversed/refunded.
1. Navigate to Commerce > Ecommerce 2. Hover over Initiative Name 3. Click Bookkeeping 4. Select Manage Initiative Records 5. Search for the purchaser > Click Edit 6. Click Delete Record from Initiative 7. Select the appropriate Reason 8. Type a description 9. Click Delete
