When going to the profile form or profile display page, the correct information is not displayed.
For example, a user visits the profile form and notices that their employer is not the correct employer, and it is greyed out. They notify you of the change, and you update the record, but it does not display on the site.
This typically occurs because the user previously updated their profile, and there is a pending Profile Update in the NetCommunity plug-in. Process the pending Profile Update and the page should display the correct information.
