Deceased options in business rules are not always working when constituent is marked as deceased for marital status or soft records

When viewing a constituent record for a spouse after a constituent has been marked as Deceased, users may notice that some updates on the new constituent record may not update, such as Marital status field or Soft credits on gifts, are not added based on selections made in Config>Business Rules>Deceased options.
We are currently evaluating this issue, and will update this article when more information is available.
