Steps to Duplicate

Steps to Duplicate:
1.  Create a server with the following:
RE 7.93.5782.4
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
SQL 2008 R2 Standard
Adobe Reader 10
Office 2010, 32bit
IIS and SMTP configured
Install Queue Service
2. Create a Queue and schedule it hourly to run on this machine with a dedicated queue user name.
3. Confirm Queue Service and SMTP is working by creating a Query Refresh Queue with email of Queue Status report  (both will be successful)
4. Create an Export in The Raiser’s Edge and mark the box for Control Report on the general tab
5. Add the Export as a process to the existing Queue and export the report to any location and for Control Report set to Send as Email
6. The Queue will complete successfully and the Queue status email will be received, but no Control Report is emailed.
7. Repeated same Queue process with an Import for generating a Control Report.  Same results, the Queue is successful, the Control report shows as being Completed, but no email is received with the Control Report
8. Attempted using output of Adobe PDF and Text.  No change in the results

Environment

Note this occurs in RE 7.93.5782.4 There are significant bugs with Scheduled Queue in RE 7.94 and higher that are related to a bug with SAP and Crystal Reports. Unable to test in more current version of RE as a result and unable to suggest client update to a more current version to attempt to resolve.
