Error: Other transactions for this membership have occurred since this membership was selected. Only the most recent membership transaction can be refunded. To get the latest refundable transaction, select the membership again. - Refunding a membership

When trying to refund a membership payment you may receive the error: "Other transactions for this membership have occurred since this membership was selected. Only the most recent membership transaction can be refunded. To get the latest refundable transaction, select the membership again" even though you have refunded the most recent membership transaction before the transaction that you're trying to refund
This issue can be caused be refunding a membership and choosing not to revoke the membership during the refund. When the membership is refunded and the membership is not revoked Altru will place a drop action on the membership. This drop action will now be the last membership transaction action and cannot be deleted if the transaction was a sales order.

If the membership transaction that needs to be refunded was a credit card payment the user will have to refund the transaction through their merchant account
