I retrieved my applications and now they are missing

I used my dashboard part to retrieve all of my applications, but now I am not seeing them in the system.
There are a few additional steps that must be taken before the retrieved applications actually enter your system.
  1. Go to Launch > Applications > Manage and Retrieve Applications
  2. Press the Refresh button
  3. Perform a Duplicate Check on your applications
  4. Once you've done a Duplicate Check you can consider your applications from this same page. 
Note: This will actually bring them into GIFTS Online and make them available for further review.
