When importing information referencing existing records into CRM, you might encounter exceptions instructing you to review your import options. This issue is common when your import is mapped using a combination of IDs and string data.
To resolve these issues and successfully import these records, one possible solution involves adding/mapping system record IDs, also known as GUIDs. To find the correct system record IDs, you can create a query displaying the system record ID as a field and export the data. Using the export file, you can copy and paste these values into the csv you are trying to import.
