Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later - when logging into MobilePay app

When logging into the Blackbaud MobilePay app users may receive an error indicating there is something wrong. This may indicate an environmental issue that needs to be resolved.
Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Ensure that you have full internet connectivity through WiFi
  2. If the connection to WiFi is not strong, change to a different Wifi connection
  3. If the device supports Data turn off WiFi and try using Data
  4. If the Data connection is also not strong, try connecting to the app in a different location with a stronger connection
  5. If both Wifi and Data produce the same result please work with your IT on the following to ensure your Network can access our service: IP Addresses for the Blackbaud Payment Service, Blackbaud Secure Payments, and Blackbaud Merchant Services

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Launch the Blackbaud MobilePay app
  2. Enter Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) username
  3. Enter Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) password
  4. Tap Go/ Log in
  5. The message "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later"  appears on the screen
