Test emails are not being received

When sending test emails in the Email marketing section of Online Express, users may notice that the test emails are not hitting the recipient's inbox.  Users have confirmed that the IP ranges in KB 41347 are open.

This issue pertained to an Email send issue that occurred between 9/21/16-9/22/16 and has since been resolved.  If you are experiencing trouble with emails not sending, please confirm the IP ranges in KB article 41347 are open and contact Support.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into RE
2. Click on the Online Express plugin
3. Click on Email marketing
4. Click on one of your draft emails
5. Click the the Get ready to send! tab
6. Type your desired recipients in the Test message box
7. Click Send test
8. Notice that the emails do not ever hit the recipient's inbox
