You can add Extra Fields to any event registration forms to ask for additional information. The Checkbox field is a standalone field.
For example, you can have registrants select this field to agree to certain terms.
Since the Checkbox field is a standalone field, there is not an option to create selectable options for it.
You can use the Radio Button and Drop Down extra field types for selectable options.
