When submitting a form in NetCommunity, for example the new event registration form, a user receives the following error:
"There was a problem processing your transaction. Please contact us before submitting it again."
This error indicates the credit card was declined when submitting the transaction.
In order to see the exact decline reason, please review the transactions within your Merchant Account or contact your merchant provider. The user will need to ensure their billing information is correct in order for the form to successfully submit.
This could also happen because a required field on the payment section was skipped. Please review all field and ensure they are filled out.
